The right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. When you return part of your order only the items you returned will be credited excluding the shipping costs.The cost of return from your address to the store are for your own account. These costs are approximately 6.95 per package, for the exact rates please consult the website of your carrier.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.
To exercise this right, please contact us at geblingt@geblingt.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.

Refund
In case of a revocation you will receive all payments, including delivery costs ( except in case of partial return!!) for the return shipment, as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days after you have indicated to want to use the right of revocation. We will refund you to the account number you enter on the withdrawal form.

You bear the costs for the return shipment.

Exclusion of right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for:
*Products that are made to your specification, such as; Plastrons, Bandages, Bandage straps, Swarovski decorations

*Sale items, Items that are discounted and/or items from special promotions may NOT be returned.
